A mid career Air Traffic Controller with the IAA with 4-9 years of experience earns an average compensation of €66,500, while an experienced Air Traffic Controller with 10-20 years of experience makes on average €81,200. Air Traffic Controllers with more than 20 years of experience may earn more than €88,000.
