Join Our Accountancy and Finance Recruitment Team

We are seeking a Consultant to join our team in Dublin. In this role, you will focus on sourcing top Accountants and Finance professionals for positions and leveraging an established client network with immediate opportunities to drive impact.

Your Role as a Recruitment Consultant
  • Achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Sourcing high-caliber candidates through advertising, search, and networking.
  • Conducting candidate interviews, selection, and assessment.
  • Driving business development with new and existing clients through proactive outreach and relationship building.
  • Developing deep expertise in the Accountancy and Finance sector, staying up to date with market trends.
  • Preparing candidates and clients for interviews to ensure the best match.
  • Delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates.
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong business development experience
  • 1+ years of recruitment experience - A&F industry desirable
  • Proven track record in a 360° agency recruitment role
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, resilience, and a drive to succeed.
  • Passion for working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
