The Role:

✔ Provide top-tier administrative support to the Pensions Consultants
✔ Update and manage client records with accuracy
✔ Process new pension applications and liaise with life companies
✔ Communicate with clients via phone & email, keeping them updated

✔ Prepare client meeting documentation and assist in transaction processes

Ideal Candidate:

✅ Experience in financial services, particularly pensions
✅ Strong organisational & multitasking skills
✅ Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
✅ Proficiency in Google Workspace & MS Office

✅ QFA qualification is desirable
