The ideal candidate will support our client accounts across various industries including fertility, sport, food, and medical. This role involves day-to-day content creation, community management, performance reporting, trend spotting, and working collaboratively with our wider team.
You will play a key role in building online presence and engagement for our clients.
Responsibilities include:- Creating high-quality social media content (static, video, captions, stories) in line with brand tone and goals
- Scheduling content using tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later or similar
- Engaging with audiences and managing communities across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok
- Monitoring social trends and proposing creative content ideas
- Analysing account performance and producing monthly reports
- Collaborating with the internal team and participating in weekly client meetings
Relevant qualification in marketing, communications, media or a related field preferred
2+ years in a similar role managing multiple social media accounts for brands or agencies
Fluent in English is a must. Experience with social media management tools (e.g. Buffer, Meta Suite, Later) and basic graphic or video editing (e.g. Canva, CapCut or Adobe tools) desirable- Sector:
