Our client, a well-established name in food production, is looking for a Senior Operator to join their growing team in Naas, Co. Kildare. In this role, you will play a key part in the operations — driving output, supporting your team, and making sure production targets are hit without compromising on quality or safety.

• What You Will Do
• Keep production running smoothly by guiding a small team through each shift
• Troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively to minimise downtime
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, health, and safety at all times
• Train and upskill team members so everyone is working at their best
• Work closely with management to flag issues, suggest improvements, and implement changes

• Experience in a production environment — ideally food or FMCG
• Some leadership or supervisory experience
• Solid understanding of safety and quality procedures
• A team-first mindset and strong communication skills
• The ability to stay calm under pressure and think on your feet
• Flexibility and a willingness to take initiative
