Are you looking to join an established company in the Fintech industry who are going through a growth trajectory? They are looking to add a Finance & Operations Assistant to their growing team. This position will suit someone with 3+ years' experience in a similar position, with a Business or Accounting qualification.
You will work as part of a small team, reporting directly to the Head of Finance.
Responsibilities: Financial
Process invoicesReconcile statements
Daily & weekly reconciliations
Prepare weekly sales reports
Accounts payable & receivable
Month-end process
Operations
Match orders to paymentsUse their internal CRM system to download daily transactions
Create daily transfer files
Manage a busy inbox
Support sales, order fulfilment, and customer service
Requirements:
3+ years in a similar position with a mixture of finance and operationsStrong working knowledge of Excel
QuickBooks experience highly desirable
Excellent written and communication skills
