Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Job Description
Duties
This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.
Purpose Of The Position:Assist with all associated administration duties for the Afterschool & Summer Projects, Men's Sheds and all other community programme activities associated with Holly House Resource Centre and the surrounding area.
Hours Of Work:- 5 hours per week. Weekdays.
Main Duties and Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to all of the community based programmes facilitated and delivered by Holly House.
Participate in and support the running of various events including community programme information sessions, open days and registration evenings.Support the project team in maintaining / updating active social media sites.
Update, maintain and file relevant associated project documentation.
Engage with key local stakeholders including parents and community groups.
Day to day interaction with service users, clients and visitors to the centre.
Assist with the promotion of community integration, diversity and acceptance.
Observe and enforce a policy of strict confidentiality at all times in relation to all aspects of the work.
Work on your own initiative and as part of a team to ensure a high quality of service delivery.
Answer the door / phone and take messages when necessary.
Open / lock up the centre when necessary.
Ensure visitors sign in / sign out of the centre.
Other general administrative duties as required.
Assist the Afterschool Team with the Homework Club / Summer Camps / Community Event Activities during busy periods or during scheduled / unscheduled staff leave & staff training etc.
Comply with all Southside Partnership DLR procedures including Health & Safety and the Child Protection Policy.
Active participation in Southside Partnership DLR team activities / staff events.
Attend all relevant PICES / SSP DLR training sessions and meetings.
Candidate Requirements:A person who has personal qualities of integrity, credibility and an interest in working within the local community is essential.
Demonstrate personal sensitivity / commitment to the values and principles of community development, adult education, gender equality and cultural diversity.
An ability to work effectively, respectfully and inclusively with people from different backgrounds is required.
Work on his / her own initiative and as part of a team to ensure a high quality of service delivery.
Develop and maintain good working relationships with co workers in the Centre / wider organisation / service users and other groups in the local community
We are looking for a person who is a team player, flexible, has a warm and friendly manner, good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic IT skills with some experience of Microsoft Office packages and databases would be an advantage.
