Accommodation Supervisor - Kilkenny

Sky Staffing Solutions is hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Accommodation Supervisor in Kilkenny. This role is suited to an experienced and detail-oriented individual who can manage daily housekeeping operations while ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and team coordination.

The successful candidate will lead and support the accommodation team to maintain a welcoming, well-presented environment across all guest areas and back-of-house spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations
• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation meet required standards
• Assist with training and guiding accommodation team members
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for housekeeping supplies
• Prepare cleaning schedules and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
• Report maintenance issues and follow up on resolutions
• Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols and hygiene regulations
• Liaise with other departments (e.g. front office, maintenance) to support smooth operations
• Maintain records as required, including checklists, audits, and team rosters

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in a housekeeping/accommodation supervisor role
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and leadership ability
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Flexible to work weekends and varied shifts
• High standards of personal presentation and hygiene
• Eligibility to work in Ireland
