The Intelligence Analyst, assigned to one of Pinkerton’s global pharmaceutical clients, will support the client’s Risk Intelligence Security Center (RISC). The role will play a pivotal part in providing protective intelligence operations and physical security initiatives by identifying, assessing, and communicating threats to the client’s key assets and personnel.The role is fully onsite, based at the client’s site in Cork, Ireland.
Responsibilities:
- Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
- Monitor, analyze, and assess real-time threat data using intelligence platforms such as Ontic, Samdesk, and Everbridge.
- Conduct continuous OSINT collection and analysis to support threat detection and risk mitigation strategies.
- Produce strategic and tactical intelligence reports, risk assessments, and situational briefs to inform stakeholders and drive security decision-making.
- Support protective intelligence efforts by identifying persons of concern, analyzing behavioral indicators, and supporting investigative workflows.
- Collaborate with physical security, executive protection, and operational risk teams to deliver integrated intelligence support.
- Maintain persistent situational awareness of global events, emerging threats, and relevant geopolitical developments.
- Ensure intelligence products are accurate, relevant, and timely, with actionable insights.
- All other duties, assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies, Criminal Justice, International Relations, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Over three years of experience in intelligence analysis, protective intelligence, or a similar role or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.Pinkerton is an inclusive employer that seeks candidates with diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
- Strong communication skills with a comprehensive level in the English language, written and spoken.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Proficiency in using intelligence analysis tools and
- Strong knowledge of OSINT tradecraft, tools, and ethical considerations.
- Familiarity with physical security, threat assessment methodologies, and behavioral indicators of violence.
- Ability to thrive in a high-tempo environment with evolving priorities and complex threat landscapes.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
