Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at Culligan Consumer Products Ireland Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a positive customer experience. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries and concerns, and maintaining accurate records.

• Managing incoming & outgoing calls/emails
• Providing customers with excellent customer service ensuring all queries are answered in a professional manner
• Route planning & service scheduling
• Experience in water treatment an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided
• Must be self-motivated and able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
• Must have good communication and interpersonal skills and good attention to detail
• Must have strong data entry skills
• Calling for payments.
• Deal with customers over the phone, problem solving.
• Previous experience in customer service essential.
• Ability to fluently speak and understand the English language.

Education: Leaving Certificate (preferred)
