Café Assistant Manager (2 Positions) - Co. Kildare

Sky Staffing Solutions is hiring on behalf of our client for a Café Assistant Manager positions based in Co. Kildare. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced hospitality professionals to step into a leadership role and support the daily operations of a busy café environment.

The ideal candidates will bring energy, strong customer service skills, and a hands-on approach to team management and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily running of the café, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
• Support the Café Manager in staff supervision, scheduling, and training
• Deliver excellent customer service and respond promptly to guest needs
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, and presentation standards
• Help manage stock control, ordering, and inventory management
• Ensure all health, safety, and food safety policies are followed
• Contribute to sales targets and business goals by encouraging upselling and team motivation
• Take ownership in the absence of the Café Manager

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or quick-service supervisory role
• Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays
• Familiarity with HACCP and food safety protocols
• Eligibility to work in Ireland
