Due to an internal promotion, one of Ireland’s longest standing network solutions companies is currently seeking to add an experienced Customer Service and Finance Assistant to their expanding team on a permanent basis. Based in Sandyford, Dublin, the successful candidate can expect to be involved in providing support to the network engineering team, managing support queries, using the internal ticketing system to register and allocate requests to engineers, directing urgent calls appropriately, and assisting in the billing and collection process.

Hours: 9am to 5:30pm (Mon to Fri)Location: Sandyford, Dublin 18
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous customer service experience, including managing customer requests by phone or in person.Demonstrable strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
Confidence when making requests for payment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel etc)
