We are recruiting for the following Positions: Chef de Partie to work in our hotel kitchen at The Kingsley Hotel, Carrigrohane Road, Victoria Cross, Cork.

Requirements:

2 years of previous experience in a similar background and role
HACCP Knowledge and Training Certification from a recognised body
Basic Computers and Fluent English
Ability to work across all services breakfast, lunch and dinner
Flexibility to work across all disciplines within the Kitchen
Preparation for all services
Menu planning
