We are recruiting for the following Positions: Chef de Partie to work in our hotel kitchen at The Kingsley Hotel, Carrigrohane Road, Victoria Cross, Cork.
Requirements:- 2 years of previous experience in a similar background and role
- HACCP Knowledge and Training Certification from a recognised body
- Basic Computers and Fluent English
- Ability to work across all services breakfast, lunch and dinner
- Flexibility to work across all disciplines within the Kitchen
- Preparation for all services
