What you'll be doing:

  • Providing top-tier customer support via chat and email, aiming for first-contact resolution and world-class satisfaction.
  • Efficiently handling a variety of player and account inquiries within set service standards.
  • Taking ownership of customer issues, ensuring they are resolved effectively or escalated appropriately.
  • Accurately and efficiently inputting customer data into relevant systems.
  • Communicating product, service, and promotional information clearly to customers.
  • Contributing to revenue growth through engaging outbound campaigns (no cold calling!).
  • Collaborating with other teams to meet business needs.

What you'll bring:

  • Essential: Fluency in both English and German.
