### 1. **Fix Carpenter**

**Key Responsibilities:**

Install, repair, and maintain wooden structures and frameworks.
Work with roof trusses, framing, and other wooden elements.
Ensure structural integrity and safety standards are met.

**Requirements:**

Proven experience as a Fix Carpenter in the roofing or construction industry.
Strong attention to detail and high-quality work ethic.
Ability to work efficiently in a team and independently.
Valid driving license and reliable transportation preferred.

### 2. **Standing Seam Roofer**

**Key Responsibilities:**

Install and maintain standing seam metal roofing systems.
Ensure all roofs are securely and safely installed with a high standard of workmanship.
Carry out repairs and maintenance on metal roofing systems.

**Requirements:**

Experience working with standing seam metal roofs.
Strong knowledge of roofing materials and techniques.
Ability to work at heights and follow safety protocols.
Previous experience preferred but not essential.

### 3. **Flat Asphalt Roofer**

**Key Responsibilities:**

Install and maintain flat asphalt roofing systems.
Ensure proper preparation and installation techniques for asphalt roofing.
Complete repairs and maintenance on flat roof structures.

**Requirements:**

Experience in flat roofing with a focus on asphalt materials.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Health and safety knowledge a must.
