PE Global Healthcare, in conjunction with our prestigious hospital client based in Dublin, are seeking a dedicated and dynamic CNM2 to join our Intensive Care Unit, playing a key leadership role in the delivery of exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical and managerial leadership in the ICU.
- Support, supervise and mentor nursing staff to maintain high standards of care.
- Ensure effective resource management and contribute to service development.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, education, and patient safety.
Requirements:
- Registered General Nurse with NMBI.
- Minimum 5 years’ post-registration experience, with at least 2 years in a critical care setting caring for Level 3 ICU patients
- Postgraduate qualification in Intensive/Critical Care Nursing (desirable).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
