Office Administrator, Tullamore - Temp 3 months New

Temp Office Assistant, based in offices in Tullamore, Co Offaly

• Will be 35 Hours per week
• Immediate start
• Temporary position –inital 3 month contract.
• €19.37 per hour

Duties include:

• Compliance management
• Invoice Verification – verifying scanned/emailed invoice data covering Ireland areas
• Updating rosters
• Matching invoices to Purchase orders; investigating and communicating with Buyers and vendors to resolve queries
• Reviewing files and updating the database accordingly.
• Data entry and Data management
• Record management
• Updating files - contracts, staff files,
• General clerical work e.g., filing, photocopying, answering/making telephone calls, dealing with queries and emails.
• Maintaining confidential and high-quality records in a thorough and organised manner.
• Processing client information at the highest level of discretion.

Job Requirements:

• 2 year administration or clerical experience.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Packages and efficient in data entry.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
