HR Generalist - 3 Month Contract New

Our semi-state client in Dublin city centre have an exciting opportunity for a HR Generalist, for a 3 month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting management and staff on all HR related matters including contracts, performance management, resource management, employee relations and recruitment.

RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Coach and advise managers on any ER related issues
  • Management of performance management processes
  • Support recruitment processes
  • Provide advice on reward related queries
  • HR reporting and analysis
  • Responsible for answering employee queries, providing timely advice and supporting on HR processes
  • Responsible for onboarding of new joiners, movers and leavers
  • Ensuring compliance with data management in the HR System, ensuring accuracy.
  • Processing of payroll inputs and interactions with the payroll team

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • 3+ years’ HR Generalist experience
  • HR or related qualification
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience of MS Word & Excel and HRIS
  • A good working knowledge of Irish Employment Law
