Cash Analyst Executive

At Osborne, we are looking for a Cash Analyst Executive on behalf of our client, a leading organisation within the healthcare sector. This role would suit a highly skilled cash analyst executive or experienced accounts receivable specialists seeking to take the next step in their career.

The successful candidate will assist the accounts receivable manager to ensure the organisation's accounts receivable function is organised, efficient, and produces accurate data.

Job Type: Permanent
Salary: €40,000 - €45,000 (DOE)
Hours: 35 p/w (Flexible)

Location: Dublin 4

Responsibilities:

Daily / Monthly Bank & Cash Sheet Reconciliation
Daily / Monthly Reporting.
Resolving discrepancies on PMI / Non PMI accounts.
Amend Follow Ups for short paid, pended and rejected claims.
Credit O/S Lodging Balances / Excesses that have been paid at month end.
Assist the cash collection team with monthly tasks
Run daily /weekly/monthly reports – cash receipts listings
To carry out other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Backup and support to cover for the manager of the cash collections team during their absence.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

At least 5 years’ experience in accounts receivable or similar.
Understand all aspects of accounts receivable function
Ability to prioritise tasks with strong numerical and analytical skills
Excellent time management and attention to detail
Must be computer literate and have strong MS Office skills particularly Excel

Previous experience in the healthcare industry (desirable)
