Fast Food Restaurant Assistant Manager - Co. Kildare

Sky Staffing Solutions is hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Fast Food Restaurant Assistant Manager in Co. Kildare. This role is perfect for a hospitality professional with supervisory experience who is ready to support restaurant operations and lead a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you’ll be responsible for maintaining service excellence, managing day-to-day operations, and helping drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Restaurant Manager in all aspects of day-to-day operations
• Supervise staff and ensure smooth, efficient shift management
• Deliver high levels of customer service and handle any complaints professionally
• Assist with training, onboarding, and performance monitoring of team members
• Maintain health, safety, hygiene, and HACCP compliance
• Manage cash handling, till operations, and end-of-day reconciliations
• Support stock control, ordering, and supplier management
• Contribute to sales initiatives and promotional campaigns

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role in a fast food or quick-service setting
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to thrive under pressure
• Flexibility with shift patterns including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Familiarity with HACCP and health & safety regulations
• Eligibility to work in Ireland
