Sky Staffing Solutions is hiring on behalf of our client for the role of Chef de Partie in Co. Kerry. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic chef to manage a kitchen section and support the delivery of high-quality dishes in a busy service environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute food preparation for your designated kitchen section
• Follow standard recipes and presentation specifications with precision
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene are maintained to HACCP standards at all times
• Prepare mise en place and maintain an organised workstation
• Work closely with other chefs and support junior kitchen team members
• Monitor portion control, waste, and stock levels in your section
• Assist with menu development and contribute ideas for improvement

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
• Proficient in kitchen operations with strong cooking and plating skills
• In-depth knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations
• Excellent teamwork and time management skills
• Flexibility with work schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Eligibility to work in Ireland
