OpEx Consultant

Our client, a leading global consultancy firm, are seeking to hire a manufacturing OpEx Consultant for their Dublin or Cork office.

We are delighted to partner with this global consultancy leader as they grow their team in Ireland. They are now seeking to hire an OpEx Consultant to join their team on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Director of Operational Excellence, as an OpEx Consultant you will be responsible for the identification and implementation of OpEx and Lean manufacturing initiatives in line with client requirements and strategic KPIs. Strong experience in continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment would be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate clients' manufacturing operations and identify, present and implement continuous improvement solutions.
• Project manage all lean manufacturing initiatives with client objectives in mind.
• Continuously report on all lean/OpEx activities to both client stakeholders and management.
• Effectively communicate and manage relationships with various clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Strong manufacturing experience in a Lean/Continuous Improvement/OpEx role.
• Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
• Ability to be agile when meeting and presenting to clients from various industries.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong communications and stakeholder engagement skills.
