Salary:

• Bonus: You’ll receive between 7.5% and 15%, based on both individual and company performance—so there’s great earning potential beyond the base salary. If you are getting 10% for example you get an extra 4,5K

Are you an experienced property claims professional looking for an exciting new opportunity in Ireland? We are partnering with a leading insurance provider seeking a skilled Property Claims Specialist to join their team.

This role offers flexibility, with the option to work from Dublin or Wexford, and is particularly suited to candidates returning home from abroad who have strong exposure to property claims, especially in regions impacted by significant weather events.

The Role:

As a Property Claims Specialist, you will manage a portfolio of technical property claims, ensuring a customer-focused approach while delivering efficient and effective claims resolutions. You will act as a key technical referral point, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to enhance claims processes and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and settling a portfolio of complex property claims within your authority level.
• Providing technical support to the wider claims team and mentoring colleagues.
• Engaging with loss adjusters and other external partners to ensure timely and accurate claims resolution.
• Identifying and managing risks, potential fraud indicators, and recovery opportunities.
• Collaborating with underwriting, finance, and other teams to maintain claims strategy alignment.
• What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in property claims, loss adjusting, or complex claims handling.
• Strong technical knowledge of property insurance claims.
• Minimum CIP qualified.
• Excellent decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
