The CE Scheme covering SVP Southwest Region (Cork and Kerry), the job location is based in SVP House, 91/92 Sean McDermott Street, Dublin 01.
CE Supervisor – Fixed Term 12 Months (39hrs)
Candidates will possess the following:
Previous experience in varied administrative support in an office environment.Proficient in IT – MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Payroll
Skills relevant to people management through previous work experience
Excellent organisation and administrative skills
Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
An ability to work well under pressure, resilient.
Have a reasonable knowledge and understanding of the role of the Community Employment Assistant Supervisors in terms of the administration and day to day running of a Community Employment Scheme
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Experience within a community / voluntary sector is desirable
Full clean driving licence
- Year Fixed Term- subject to DSP Funding
Hours: 39 hours per week excluding lunch breaks
DEASP CE Supervisor Rates for 15+ participants as of 2025Point 1:
All new Supervisors, defined as a person who is not currently employed as a CE Supervisor, will initially commence on Point 1 of the appropriate scale and move by annual increments on the anniversary of their commencement date thereafter, subject to satisfactory performance
