We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is comfortable managing a variety of administrative and executive support tasks.
Reporting to the Managing Director, responsibilities include: Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management and other departments as required
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communicationsLiaise with suppliers, clients, and partners professionally and efficiently
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
Maintain filing systems, databases, and ensure records are up to date
Organise internal events, meetings, and training sessions
Manage office supplies, facilities, and administrative systems
Assist in event planning and coordination (e.g., company events, visits, training)
Handle incoming correspondence and ensure prompt follow-up
Skills Required
The successful candidate will have: Proven experience in an administrative/ PA role
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Discretion and confidentiality are essential
A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in a regulated or manufacturing environment is a plus, but not essential
Experience in the medical device industry is a plus, but not required
Fluency in Irish is a bonus
