Chef de Partie - Co. Kerry

Sky Staffing Solutions is hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Chef de Partie in Co. Kerry. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and motivated chef to take ownership of a kitchen section and contribute to delivering high-quality food in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, dependable under pressure, and focused on maintaining consistency and hygiene across all areas of food preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for an assigned section of the kitchen
• Prepare and cook dishes in line with recipe specifications and service standards
• Ensure all mise en place is completed before each service
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organisation in accordance with HACCP standards
• Assist in mentoring and training junior kitchen staff
• Work closely with senior chefs to support smooth and efficient service delivery
• Contribute to menu ideas and daily specials as required
• Monitor stock levels and minimise food waste

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Chef de Partie or similar kitchen role
• Strong culinary skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with HACCP and food safety regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible with shift availability, including weekends and evenings
• Eligibility to work in Ireland
