About the Role

An established international law firm with a strong presence in Dublin is seeking to hire a Newly-Qualified Solicitor to join its Commercial Litigation team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and driven individual to work within a highly regarded disputes team handling complex, high-value commercial cases across a range of sectors.

• Advising clients on a broad spectrum of commercial disputes, including contract disputes, shareholder and partnership issues, professional negligence, and regulatory investigations.
• Assisting in the preparation and management of cases in the Commercial Court, High Court, and other forums.
• Drafting pleadings, correspondence, and legal opinions.
• Supporting senior team members with case strategy and business development initiatives.
• Managing client relationships and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Conducting legal research and keeping up to date with relevant case law and legislative changes.

• Qualified as a Solicitor in Ireland (or due to qualify in 2025).
• Completed at least one rotation or placement in a commercial litigation/disputes team during training.
• Strong academic background and excellent analytical and drafting skills.
• Commercial awareness with a client-focused approach.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Motivated, proactive, and keen to develop a long-term career in commercial litigation.
