Customer Success Executive (Farm Partner)

FRS Recruitment is now inviting applications for the role of Farm Partner - Customer Success Executive for a leading Irish Agri owned Cooperative and based in Roscrea Co. Tipperary. Initially this will be a fixed term 6 month contract to start off with.

Furthermore it will be hybrid based type role with 2/3 days in office per week.

Graduates with a background in agriculture will also be considered for this role.

Purpose of Role

You will be passionate about supporting Ireland’s agricultural sector and be responsible for partnering with our farm customers, up selling them to the best products and services that suit their needs.

You will be results-driven with experience in fostering strong relationships with customers. Adept at engaging customers to understand their needs and driving long-term value for the customer while delivering a “best in class” customer experience.

Main Responsibilities & Activities
  • Proactively contact and respond to customers by engaging with them to understand their current and future on-farm needs, challenges and opportunities.
  • Provide a timely response to all leads, expressions of interest and requests for quotations; handling customers queries and exceptions to ensure a high sales conversion rate.
  • Ensure that each interaction with a customer maximises the value of our products and services.
  • Partner and align with business units to identify, collaborate and accelerate opportunities for growth and to improve the end-to-end customer experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team and understand drivers of quality lead generation and reasons for customer conversion.
  • Advocate for customers internally, gathering customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Take ownership and resolve customer support queries in a friendly, professional, timely and efficient manner.
  • Help with customer success initiatives such as webinars, workshops, and case studies to enhance customer engagement.
  • From time to time, assist with preparation and attend events to educate customers about our client, our ethos and mission to support farmers and their communities.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Engagement: High activity levels to drive customer engagement.
  • Conversion: Effectiveness of sales conversion rates from qualified leads.
  • Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Customer Success: Customer Satisfaction, Retention, TNPS.
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Education: Minimum of Cert/Diploma in Agriculture, Business or a related field desired.
  • Experience: Minimum of 12 months in a sales or customer success role, preferably in farmer focused Agri industry.
