Salary: €35,200 per annum
Weekly Pay: €676.92
Hourly Pay: €16.92
Job Description: Roybridge Ltd. T/A KSH Group is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Financial
Administrator who is fluent in Portuguese to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will beresponsible for managing and overseeing key financial processes, ensuring accuracy and
compliance in all areas of financial administration.
As a Financial Administrator, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities, including:Processing Financial Transactions: Efficiently manage accounts payable and
receivable, ensuring timely and accurate transaction processing.
Customer Communication: Handle client inquiries through email and phone, maintaining clear, professional, and prompt communication.
Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements using financial systems like Dext and
Xero to keep financial records accurate and up-to-date.
Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of reports and financial statements, adhering to internal and external reporting standards.
Financial Analysis and Forecasting: Conduct financial analyses and provide
forecasts to support strategic business decisions.Budgeting and Financial Planning: Contribute to budgeting efforts by providing relevant financial data and assisting in the creation of financial plans.
Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and organised financial records that are easilyaccessible and audit-ready.
Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external partners to resolve financial
matters and enhance financial performance insights.
Payroll Processing: Ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll, in line with
company policies and statutory regulations.
Requirements: Fluency in Portuguese is required.
Experience with financial systems such as Dext and Xero is preferred.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and within a team to meet deadlines.
Knowledge of Irish employment and payroll regulations is a plus.
