The Role

As a Commercial Operations function we are responsible for supporting the entire Cubic³ sales organisation. As we grow and scale, we are implementing new processes and procedures and managing them across the various areas of the business. As a result of our growth, we now have an opportunity for a new Sales Operations Analyst to join our team.

This role will be pivotal in managing the priorities of the Commercial team across the organisation, building relationships, managing stakeholders and delivering on our goals.

A key aspect of the role will be to manage the commission scheme for our sales teams and contribute, understand and track all the commercial teams’ priorities across the organisation. The role would suit an innovative, high-energy individual who is able to focus on delivering on tasks while also using their own initiative.

Responsibilities of this role:

  • Manage the commercial team’s priorities across the company
  • Periodic reporting on key performance indicators and the status of priorities
  • Manage and maintain the existing commission scheme
  • Deliver individual performance vs KPI measurements for sales
  • Manage the day-to-day data capture in our CRM system (HubSpot)
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including maintaining sales reporting tools, updating databases, and preparing sales documents.
  • Assist in the preparation and tracking of sales plans and forecasts to support the overall business objectives.
  • Support the maintenance of CRM systems, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiencies in the sales cycle.
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends and insights that can support decision-making and improve sales performance.
Requirements
  • Commission scheme preparation, calculation and communication
  • Strong interest in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to work collaboratively.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI); experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A proactive approach to learning and a strong desire to develop within the sales operations field.
