Cork - Commercial Assistant

I am delighted to share that I am working with a fabulous Company with offices in Cork and the UK to recruit a commercial assistant to join their vibrant and busy team.

The role is based fully on site in Blackpool. Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm)

Salary: €32k-36k DOE

• Data Management & Reporting
• Keep track of weekly and monthly data from different sources to ensure everything is up-to-date.
• Prepare and share reports with the Commercial Team to highlight important findings.
• Commercial Performance Tracking
• Help the General Manager by looking at weekly sales data and comparing it to last year's performance and budget goals.
• Summarize the results and provide clear action points for the UK and Ireland Sales Managers.
• Sales Support
• Assist the Sales Team with tasks like preparing quotes, organizing CRM files, and sending out samples.
• Help with technical documents, answering questions about product details and packaging.
• Respond to customer quality questionnaires and make sure everything is correct.
• Cost Tracking
• Update the cost database regularly with information from subcontractors.
• Ensure the cost details for each product are accurate, which helps with pricing and budgeting.
• CRM & Website Support
• Help improve and maintain the CRM system.
• Assist with managing the website and updating product adverts.
• Support the team with communications and submissions to industry organizations.
• Finance & Client Communication
• Work with the UK Finance team to monitor and track payments from clients in Ireland.
• Build relationships with clients and follow up on any unpaid invoices through email or phone calls.
