Our client in Cork is looking to bring on a junior buyer into their growing business. Looking for someone motivated to progress in their career and have an interest in fashion.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a candidate with a mix of ambition, creativity, and analytical thinking. While experience is an advantage, full training will be provided to help you excel in the following key areas:

• Analytical Skills: You’ll use our in-house data reporting system daily to track the full product lifecycle, from the buying stage to sell-through, ensuring we meet customer demands effectively.
• Negotiation Skills: Negotiating with suppliers and vendors will be a crucial part of your role, with comprehensive training provided to help you secure the best deals for our business.
• Financial Acumen: You’ll learn to manage budgets and plan financially to ensure profitability, understanding the vital impact the buying role has on the success of the company.
• Creativity and Innovation: Staying ahead of fashion trends is key. You’ll work closely with our CEO and Head of Buying to develop innovative, trend-right products that resonate with our brand and customers.
