Radius, a leader in sustainable mobility, connectivity, and technology solutions, is recruiting for our new intake of graduates to join our Sales Management Graduate Programme in our Fuel Card division. The Programme
We are offering graduates an 18-month rotational programme across Sales, Customer Service, Account Management and Commercial. You will spend time working in each of these departments, spending time on the phone in sales, dealing with customer queries and managing their accounts.In each rotation you will also spend time working on projects and getting management experience.
This role will be based full time at our offices in Galway, with an opportunity to spend up to a month in our head office in Crewe, England.At the end of the programme, you will have the opportunity to move into a permanent role as a Team Manager.
The aim of our programme is to attain a strong pool of talent across the business that will become the company’s future leaders in Sales, Customer Service, Account Management and Commercial so our aim is that you will continue to progress.
What experience/skills/attributes do you need?- Degree in any subject achieved or expected.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Committed to continuous professional development
- Experience of working in a Sales or Customer Service environment is preferable but not essential.

- Psychometric testing
- Telephone interview
- Assessment centre will be held in mid November, exact date to be confirmed.
- Start date for role is January 2025
