Customer Service Representative (Bilingual- Italian/English) – Vision Care Sector

Your Role & Impact

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the key point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless order process from start to finish. You’ll manage daily orders, resolve queries, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a friendly, multicultural environment.

Your responsibilities

✅ Order Management
  • Process and manage customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • Handle inquiries on stock, deliveries, invoices, and order status
  • Ensure timely reporting in line with business requirements
  • Manage returns and product information requests
✅ Customer Engagement & Loyalty
  • Build strong relationships with both internal and external contacts
  • Show empathy and ownership in resolving queries and concerns
Your Skills & Experience
  • Must-Haves:
  • First language Italian or C2 Level in Italian and advanced English (C1/C2)
  • Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Experience in customer support or order entry, OR a strong motivation to work in this field
  • Bonus Skills:
  • Excellent communication & problem-solving abilities
  • Organised, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement
  • Team player with a positive, can-do mindset
  • SAP experience is advantageous—but don’t worry, full training is provided!
