Position: Mentor Coordinator
Salary: Minimum 34K Euros Per Annum
Hours: 39-Hours per week
Contract Details: 2-year contract

STEAM Academy is seeking a highly motivated and coachable Mentor Coordinator to join our Operations Team. This position requires travel to teaching locations. If you're ready to jump into a fast-paced, results-driven environment and enjoy the thrill of a sales role, we want to hear from you!
As a Mentor Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering playfully brilliant after-school programs that inspire kids (ages 4-12) through robotics, AI, coding, and imagination-driven learning. You’ll also support mentor operations, help grow our community, and lead a small squad of mentors, making an impact on both kids and your peers.
Qualifications
Mentoring – Lead engaging, hands-on after-school sessions using equipment, iPads, and coding, sparking creativity and curiosity in young learners.Growth Activities – Represent our company at events, trade shows, and outreach activities to help expand our student network and program reach.
Mentor Operations – Support the Mentor Lead with operational projects that improve efficiency, scheduling, and overall mentor experie

Squad Lead – Act as a mentor to other mentors—sharing key updates, fostering a strong team culture, and helping them become inspirational educators.
What We’re Looking For
Teaching experience with kids ages 4-12.Familiarity with LEGO, iPads, and beginner-friendly coding tools.
Experience in school operations or managing educational programs.
Strong communication and leadership skills to mentor and grow a team.
A growth mindset that enjoys problem solving.
A GREAT attitude and a passion for inspiring kids through fun, hands-on learning!
