The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and motivated Real Estate Solicitor (1-3 Years PQE) to join our client's dynamic real estate team. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a key role in a growing practice, with a particular focus on residential conveyancing and property disposals.

• Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, with a strong emphasis on property disposals.
• Oversee all aspects of residential sales, from initial instruction to completion.
• Provide expert legal advice to clients on property transactions and related matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, transfer deeds, and other legal documentation.
• Conduct thorough title investigations and resolve any title issues.
• Handle property disposal transactions for financial institutions and asset managers.
• Liaise effectively with financial institutions, estate agents, and other solicitors.
• Deliver timely client updates in line with the firm's commitment to exceptional service.
• Contribute to the firm's innovative approach to client service delivery.
• Support senior team members on complex property matters as required

• A qualified solicitor with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Proven experience in residential conveyancing, particularly in property disposals.
• Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing practice in Ireland.
• Experience working with financial institutions on property matters is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Outstanding communication and client relationship management abilities.
• Ability to manage a high volume of files efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
• Tech-savvy with an enthusiasm for adopting innovative legal technology solutions.
