Job Description
Training to become a Sales & Marketing Support Assistant, the participant will learn how to support Sales and Marketing operations across the business.
This includes assisting with:- Lead generation
- Digital campaigns,
- CRM management, and business communications.
The participant will also develop administrative, communication, and coordination skills while working closely with cross-functional teams.
Role Description
Formal Training:
Prepare sales quotes, proposals, and documentation
Maintain customer information in a CRM system
Support outreach activities and follow-ups
Assist with email campaigns and social media scheduling
Coordinate appointments and meetings
Compile internal reports and dashboards
Support event and presentation preparation
Liaise with internal teams for collaborative tasks

Communication & Customer Service
Digital Tools & Software (CRM, email marketing, social media scheduling, Microsoft Office)
