Are you highly organised, dependable, and ready to be a vital part of a dynamic kitchen environment? We’re looking for a Kitchen Assistant Coordinator on behalf of one our well-known clients in Kildare.This role will involve managing stock, coordinating product dispatches, preparing packaging and helping to ensure the kitchen runs like clockwork. You'll work closely with the Culinary Innovation Team and report directly to the Innovation Manager.
Location: Naas, Co. Kildare (Fully on-site) Full-Time, Permanent roleHours: Monday to Friday | 9:00am–5:30pm (1-hour break)
Hourly Rate: €13.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the preparation and packing of product sachets and sample boxes for dispatch (including labelling, freezing, boxing and working with courier services).Manage kitchen stock and supplies—from ingredients and packaging materials to utensils and cleaning products.
Organise and oversee inventory control, including regular checks and reporting low stock levels.
Ensure kitchen cleanliness and hygiene is maintained across all zones (fridge/freezer, dry store, worktops, equipment).
Handle weekly cleaning tasks, such as deep cleaning ovens, gas hobs, and walk-in cold storage areas.
Keep workspaces safe, tidy, and clear—including walkways, floors, and prep zones.
Take responsibility for daily upkeep of dishwashers, bins, surfaces, and kitchen tools.
Liaise with internal teams and act as the point of contact for kitchen logistics, supporting both culinary innovation and learning initiatives.
Carry out special projects and tasks as directed by chefs or Innovation Managers.
What You Bring:
A great attitude, strong work ethic and eagerness to take ownership of tasks.Ability to stay organised in a busy, fast-moving environment.
Comfortable handling stock, packaging and liaising with logistics (no experience needed, full training provided).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good IT skills—Excel or Microsoft Office knowledge is a plus.
Experience in a kitchen or food production setting is helpful but not required.
Basic understanding of HACCP and food safety is a plus.
