FP&A Asst Analyst
Overview:
We are now recruiting a FP&A Analyst to join our finance team in Cork on a permanent basis.
We are the concentrate team in PepsiCo (PGCS) working across the Beverage, Nutrition and Snacks categories to deliver concentrate for many of PepsiCo’s mega brands including Gatorade, 7Up and Pepsi. We are at the heart of PepsiCo products, sourcing ingredients to manufacture more than 1,200 recipes for our brands.We are a global organisation, situated in 17 locations across 11 countries offering careers in various functions from Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Finance, R&D, HR and IT. Role Summary:This role will support Innovation Costing team through the provision of end to end product costing and standard cost management in SAP
Responsibilities:
- End to end product costing and financial new product set-up for 5 global locations.
- Standard cost management within SAP on a day to day basis and at year end for multiple plants
- Partnership with Supply Chain Innovation and Global Planning teams to ensure delivery of accurate costings, right first time and on time. Ensuring that operations finance is delivering world class data.
- Collaboration with the innovation execution teams to ensure accurate and timely setups
- Supporting the Innovation Costing Senior Analyst to provide financial analysis for early stage innovation costings
- Working in close collaboration with R&D and BU finance teams to deliver preliminary cost analysis for new innovations
- Tracking final costs of new innovations against preliminary financial analysis to understand variations & provide insightful cause of change analysis to leadership stakeholders within PGCS, R&D, G groups & BUs
Qualifications:
Essential Skills- Professionally qualified accountant
- Experience in analysing and distilling large amounts of data into meaningful and presentable content to support decision making
- Strong financial skills, excellent communications and problem solving
- Excellent Communication & Influencing Skills particularly within global multinational working environments – key to be able to influence non-finance teams (Procurement / Supply Chain)
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and problem solve quickly in a changing and dynamic environment – tight month end timelines
- Proficiency using MS Excel
- Experience in a high volume multinational manufacturing environment
- Strong systems experience - Microsoft Business applications, and SAP/ BPC Experience
