We are hiring on behalf of our client for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join a busy hospitality team in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment and takes pride in maintaining cleanliness and organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the kitchen and food preparation areas are maintained in a clean and hygienic condition.
• Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans efficiently and ensure they are stored properly.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation when required.
• Manage waste disposal and recycling duties according to health and safety guidelines.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
• Follow all health, hygiene, and safety regulations at all times.
• Support the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter or similar role is an advantage but not essential.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
• Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Full eligibility to work in Ireland (valid work permit, if required).
