We are hiring on behalf of our client for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join a dynamic kitchen team in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled chef to further develop their career in a professional and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standards.
• Manage a specific section of the kitchen and ensure its smooth operation.
• Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef with menu planning and development.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations (HACCP).
• Monitor stock levels and assist in stock ordering and rotation.
• Train and support junior kitchen staff where required.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace at all times.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive and professional kitchen environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis Chef ready to step up.
• Excellent knowledge of food preparation and presentation.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy kitchen.
• A passion for delivering high-quality food consistently.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Full eligibility to work in Ireland (valid work permit, if required).
