Administration Assistant

Osborne is currently partnering with an educational organisation that plays a key role in the governance and regulation of higher education institutions and the broader higher education system in Ireland.
We are seeking to recruit an Executive Officer to join the Research Department on a temporary basis for approximately 3 months.

This position is ideal for a proactive and organised administrator with a keen interest in research and education. It presents an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic project while gaining valuable experience and developing skills within the public sector.

Job Type: Temporary 3-month Contract
Location: Dublin (Hybrid role)

Salary: €20.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

Programme Management
Funding Claims, Approvals and Reporting
Liaising with Higher Education Institutes and State Bodies
Project Management and review
Co-ordination of Meetings
Assist with the organisation of meetings, conferences, and other events
Weekly & Monthly Reporting

Support the Programme Team with Ad hoc Administration

Requirements:

Level 7 Qualification is essential
Excellent project and programme management skills with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in administration
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent report writing skills required.
Highly numerate with excellent attention to detail, ability to analyse large data and producing reports in both MS Excel & MS Word

Experience in the Microsoft Office Suite of Programmes, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
