Senior PTP Analyst - 6 Month Contract - South Dublin
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior PTP Analyst to join a global organisation on a 6-month contract with a strong possibility of extension. This role sits within a dynamic Finance Shared Services Centre supporting operations across multiple European markets.It offers the chance to get involved in ERP transformation projects, process improvements, and collaborative stakeholder engagement across a broad scope of PTP activity.
Salary & Benefits:
- €45,000 - €50,000 DOE
- Based in South Dublin
- Excellent exposure to global finance projects and systems
- Initial 6-month contract with a view to extension
The Role:
Reporting to the Regional PTP Team Lead, you will act as the main point of contact for all Procure-to-Pay (PTP) related queries and tasks for your assigned region. You will also support ERP standardisation initiatives, continuous improvement efforts, and performance reporting across the PTP function.
Key responsibilities:
- End-to-end ownership of GRIR, invoice processing, payments, and vendor data management.
- Liaising with local business units to resolve issues across AP, T&E, and Vendor Master Data.
- Supporting ERP migration projects with an active role in solution planning and delivery.
- Producing reports and dashboards using tools like SAP and PowerBI.
- Ensuring compliance with internal controls and supporting audit remediation.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years' PTP experience in a complex, multinational or shared services environment.
- Strong knowledge of SAP and non-SAP ERP systems.
- Experience working with outsourced providers and cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record in process improvement and change support.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
