Key Responsibilities:

• Manage your assigned section efficiently and maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation
• Prepare, cook, and plate dishes according to established recipes and service requirements
• Ensure mise en place is ready for service and assist in maintaining kitchen flow during peak times
• Follow all food safety and HACCP protocols
• Collaborate with senior chefs and support junior team members
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your workstation and kitchen equipment
• Contribute ideas for menu development and daily specials

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
• Strong culinary skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with HACCP and food safety procedures
• Team player with good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends and evenings
• Eligibility to work in Ireland
