Our client, a leader in the health insurance industry, is seeking professional Customer Advisors to join their friendly and dynamic team. This hybrid role offers the ideal balance of working from home and collaborating in a modern office environment.
As a Customer Advisor, you'll play a key role in providing five-star membership support, ensuring members receive top-notch service that exceeds expectations. Whether it's helping with policy information, answering health insurance queries, or guiding customers through their options, you'll be instrumental in delivering a seamless experience.
What You'll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer support, ensuring members feel valued and well-informed.
- Assist with policy management, including updates, renewals, and cancellations.
- Respond to member inquiries resolving issues with efficiency and care.
- Onboard new members, guiding them through their health insurance options and ensuring a smooth registration process.
- Proactively communicate changes to policies, benefits, or membership features.
- Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all customer interactions in line with company procedures.
- Competitive Salary: €28,000 per annum.
