Cork owned and operated Tier 1 Main Contractor looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager for a new Pharma build in Cork
Title: Construction Project ManagerLocation: Cork (South West & East)
Salary & Benefits: €80-90k, company vehicle, bonus, pension etc.
As a Project Manager with one of Ireland's leading building contractors you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating this project from conception through to completion. The role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, managing resources and ensuring that projects meet all safety and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and sub contractors to ensure the project meets deadlines.
- Ensure all safety and quality standards are adhered to.
- Working alongside the commercial team to ensure that the project remains within budget.
- Work closely with the Contracts Manager and report progress to ensure the site programme aligns with budget and commercial objectives.
- Attend and chair weekly management meetings.
- Maintaining a positive working relationship to meet their expectations throughout the project life cycle.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a successful track record of completing projects on time and within budget.
- A degree in construction management, engineering or a related field.
- Experience in Pharma or Industrial construction projects preferred
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient skills in project management software.
