Office Manager/PA – Dublin 4 – Permanent
Our client, a leading body within the hospitality industry, are looking to hire an Office Manager/PA. This role will play a key leadership role in the day-to-day running of their office and its facilities, which are based in the Dublin 4. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, this role requires a proactive, organised and highly capable individual who can manage staff, systems, events, finances, and communications to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the office and facilitiesManage administrative and housekeeping staff
Ensure efficiency in costs, resources, and workflows
Maintain professional standards in office operations and correspondence
Act as PA to the Chief Executive, managing diaries, meetings and priorities
Be the central point of coordination for all internal and external communications
Proactively support the Chief Executive with project tracking, decision implementation.
Maintain and update the membership database
Manage membership subscriptions and relationships
Coordinate all member communications including newsletters and annual publications
Monitor and direct email, phone, and postal queries
Produce high-quality documentation and meeting minutes
Maintain filing systems, calendars, and internal processes
Handle bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, payments, and petty cash
Liaise with banks, suppliers, and auditors on behalf of the Association
Work with external event companies on the planning of events
Manage logistics, vendors, timelines, and on-site support for all events

About You
You’ll be a confident, solution-focused professional with:
Proven experience in a senior administration, office management, or operations roleStrong leadership and people management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
High proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
Outstanding organisational and multitasking skills
A proactive, can-do attitude and attention to detail
Event planning experience is a plus
