Fruition Dublin is the hottest new café concept landing at the iconic Irish Museum of Modern Art (IMMA) – and we’re set to open our doors on 1st May. We are all about top-quality, locally sourced ingredients, bold brunches, and a beautifully curated experience.

As we get ready to launch, we’re urgently looking for a Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team and help us make a serious impact from day one.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a new venture from the ground up – with real room to grow, express your creativity, and be part of one of Dublin’s most exciting new openings.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and present dishes to an exceptional standard during service

Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control
Own your section and support the kitchen team during busy services
Uphold the highest hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP compliance)
Collaborate with the Head and Sous Chefs to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen
Train and support junior team members where needed
Help reduce food waste and manage stock efficiently

Stay composed and focused in a fast-paced environment

Who You Are: A skilled chef with at least 3 years of experience in a busy kitchen

Passionate about great food, especially brunch and quality local produce
A team player with strong communication and time management skills
Creative, reliable, and ready to roll up your sleeves
Detail-focused with a commitment to cleanliness, consistency, and excellence
Hungry to grow with a brand that’s set to become one of Dublin’s top food spots

Essential
  • Minimum Experienced Required (Years): 3

  • Competency Skills:Collaboration, Flexibility, Teamwork
