Duties
This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.
You will be based in Garryowen CDP, Building 2 Garryowen Road Limerick, the hours of work are Monday to Friday 9 to 1. The work will involve general administration duties, including filing, data entry, typing and assisting in the management of communications and paperwork, managing diaries, looking after visitors and assisting with general reception and telephone duties.Communicate with stakeholders in the promotion of the activities of Garryowen CDP. Support with the day to day coordination of adult education classes in Garryowen CDP. Record-keeping of programme data and attendance data for each session. Assist your Line Manager to liaise with external agencies in relation to compliance matters.
Maintain accurate records/documentation associated with the work of the CDP. You will have a genuine interest in your own Training and development and you will be expected to work towards a Major award QQI over a 3 year period.
