Pizza Chef - Co. Wexford

Sky Staffing Solutions is hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Pizza Chef in Co. Wexford. We are seeking a talented and passionate individual with experience in preparing traditional and modern pizzas using high-quality ingredients in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a range of pizzas from scratch, including dough preparation and baking
• Create and manage fresh sauces and toppings
• Operate pizza ovens with attention to time and temperature for optimal results
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all times
• Follow HACCP protocols and kitchen safety guidelines
• Assist with stock rotation and inventory management
• Work efficiently during busy service periods, ensuring timely delivery of quality dishes
• Collaborate with the wider kitchen team and contribute to menu ideas

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Pizza Chef or in a similar culinary role
• Proficient in dough preparation, baking, and working with fresh ingredients
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices (HACCP)
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends
• Good communication and team collaboration skills
• Eligibility to work in Ireland
